Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: shipping will be calculated based on each individual order at checkout. However, any returns or exchanges will be at the expense of the customer.

Please see our size guide to learn how to measure yourself and to select the correct size before ordering. 

Once a purchase has been made you will receive two emails:

  1. An order confirmation email.
  2. An email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@vaultandvineyard.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF US

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or any US owned or operated Islands at this time.
